TCGMarket24.com is a crypto-only online shop focused on Pokémon TCG and collectible products. Our goal is to provide transparent policies, secure crypto payments and clear information for all customers.

2. Account & Security

• Registration: To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account. Provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
• Security: Protect your password and account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Payment Methods

TCGMarket24.com is a crypto-only store. We currently accept the following payment method:

• Cryptocurrency via NOWPayments: You can pay with supported cryptocurrencies (e.g. BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, SHIB and many more) through our payment partner NOWPayments.

During checkout you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you:

• Select your preferred cryptocurrency.
• Receive the payment address and exact amount.
• Send the payment from your wallet or exchange account.

We do not accept traditional payment methods such as SEPA bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal or cash on delivery. All orders must be paid in cryptocurrency.

You are responsible for any network fees and for sending the exact amount within the time window shown by NOWPayments. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address or with incorrect amounts.

4. Placing & Processing Orders

• Order Confirmation: After you place an order, we send an email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation is not our acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your crypto payment has been verified via our payment provider.
• Payment Verification: Orders are processed only after we receive a successful payment status and sufficient blockchain confirmations. Pending or failed transactions do not create a binding delivery obligation.
• Order Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. out-of-stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment not received/confirmed in time). In such cases, any confirmed payment will be refunded according to our refund rules for crypto.
• Order Cancellation by You: Once a crypto transaction is broadcast and confirmed, it cannot be reversed like a traditional card chargeback. Where legally required (e.g. under EU Right of Withdrawal), cancellation or returns will be handled via separate refund transactions.

5. Pricing & Availability

• Pricing: All prices appear in the currency specified on our site (typically EUR). At the time of payment, our payment provider converts the amount into the selected cryptocurrency using the current exchange rate. Due to market volatility, the crypto amount to be paid may differ from earlier estimates.
• Network & Volatility: We are not responsible for gains or losses caused by cryptocurrency price changes during or after the transaction, or by network congestion and related fees.
• Availability: Products are subject to stock and supplier availability. We cannot guarantee availability until your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Locations: We ship to the destinations listed at checkout.
• Costs & Times: Shipping fees and delivery dates vary by destination and chosen method.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Key points:

• Eligibility: Returns are generally accepted within the legal period (e.g. 14 days in the EU) for unopened and undamaged items, unless otherwise specified.
• Process: Submit a return request via our contact form. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Refunds in Crypto: As we are a crypto-only shop, refunds are issued in cryptocurrency. We may:
  • Refund the original cryptocurrency used, or
  • Refund an equivalent crypto value based on a reasonable reference rate at the time of refund.
  Due to market volatility and network fees, the fiat value of the refunded amount may differ from the fiat value at the time of purchase.
